Digital Products
No Physical Returns
All products — Power BI custom visuals, templates, and digital assets — are delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped, so traditional returns do not apply.
When You Qualify
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if the delivered product is fundamentally broken, does not match what was described, or contains a critical defect we are unable to fix within 7 days.
Exceptions
Non-Refundable Items
Change of mind, purchased by mistake after delivery, or work completed as agreed upon are not eligible. Custom work that has been reviewed and approved is also final.
How It Works
Request Process
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and the issue. We review all requests within 2 business days and will either resolve the issue or process your refund.

Scope
This policy applies to all digital products sold by OCCULENZ, including custom Power BI visuals, dashboard templates, and any future digital content including paid YouTube resources.
7-Day Guarantee
If a delivered product is defective or materially differs from what was agreed, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will first attempt a fix. If we cannot resolve it, a full refund will be issued.
Custom Work
For bespoke commissions, a refund may be partial depending on the stage of completion. Work that has passed client review and approval milestones is not eligible for a refund.
Disputes
We handle every dispute personally and fairly. Our goal is always a resolution you’re satisfied with. Reach out before escalating — we respond within 24 hours.
